[edit] Welcome and a suggestion

Welcome to the WE-chem project. I have no official standing here, but like other editors, I like to see contributors. It's kind of a fun project. Now my suggestion/request. Before you get going too far on your "Molecular geometry info box" (reproduced to the right), I encourage you to consult the group by describing your plans at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Chemistry. For example, where I come from, hybridisation is old-fashioned and even actively discouraged. Also the symmetry group is debatable. PtCl42- is D4h but Vaska's complex is only C2v (idealised), but both are classified as square planar. By consulting other editors, you are likely to get some ideas that will enhance your work.
