Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a game cover.
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell their games in anyway.
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of their games.
