Royal Fleet Auxiliary War Pathan was a fuel tanker, built in 1919 and originally managed by Andrew Weir. The ship weighed 5,581 Tons and 400 feet in length. In 1923 it was transferred to the Admiralty, London, 1936 to Royal Fleet Auxiliary, and served throughout the Second World War before it was sold as a merchant vessel in 1947 to Bulk Storage Co. (P.Bauer), London and renamed BasingBank, in 1948 to Basinghall Shipping Co. London and was scrapped in 1950 at Antwerp.
