RFA Pearleaf (A77) was a Leaf-class support tanker of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary of the United Kingdom. She served between 1960 and 1986 and saw service during the Falklands War.

Commissioned 15 January 1960 - the 2nd ship to bear this name
Decommissioned 08 May 1986 and returned to her owners
Fate Renamed NEJMAT EL PETROL X1X in 1986. Broken up in 1993
