[edit] Bug report

Resolved. Problem fixed.

Templates {{Rf}} and {{Ent}} do not properly link to each other when the template parameters are passed with leading spaces. Removing the extra space in the tag fixes that issue, per off-wiki testing. Gimmetrow 06:29, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

Could you clarify what edit you want made to this template? I can't see any spaces in the current version of the template. --bainer (talk) 03:02, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
There are underscores in the id and #endnote texts in the template currently; I want them replaced with some other character (here "Q") that doesn't interfere with leading spaces in parameter 2. When there is a leading space, the space is removed from the #endnode text, but kept in the id text, so the Rf and Ent templates don't communicate properly. (This probably should be done with anchorencode but the simple fix here appears to work well enough.) Both this and {{Ent}} must be changed together for this to work. [edit] Dox

Actual documentation at both {{rf}} and {{ent}} would be very helpful. — SMcCandlish [talk] [cont] ‹(-¿-)› 05:01, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
