Rey Volpato (born 27 August 1986 in Dolo, Venice) is an Italian football (soccer) striker. Currently, he plays for Empoli F.C..
He started his professional career at Juventus, but went on loan to A.C. Siena and A.C. Arezzo in the next 2 years. On July 4, 2007 he was signed by Empoli in a co-ownership bid (€1m). In summer 2008, Juventus bought back Volpato but are likely to loan him out to another club upon his arrival.
