Rey-Phillip Vivas Santos (born June 18, 1975 on the island of Guam) is a former martial artist turned actor from a military family, the son of a U.S. naval officer. He is best known for his small roles and stunt work on James Cameron's Dark Angel and the Power Rangers TV series. Before moving to the Seattle area, he lived in Chicago and Memphis. Rey got his start in acting as an extra and behind the scenes in a few feature films before becoming a stunt performer which led to acting.
