There's no citation for the claim that Stewart and ONJ found RevCo's work offensive, so I removed it. Also, songwriters can't legally prevent someone else from recording a version of their songs. There was a famous instance where Paul Simon said something disparaging about punk music, and the punk band The Diodes recorded a song of his, "Red Rubber Ball" just to irritate Simon.
