Dave 18:21, 13 September 2006 (UTC) I'm trying to clarify this article and expand on it to get rid of the content tag permanently. If you have any changes you'd like to make, please do so, but don't revert it so that we can move forward toward making this page complete.

I reverted the page because the only "expansion" so far had been the addition of a link to a new article by the same contributor, that's been {{prod}}ed as a POV dicdef. But now I see you've actually added some content here so you needn't worry about me or anyone else reverting it. :-) (Just be sure to keep it NPOV.) - (), 23:02, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
