Some famous, wonderful, or notable Revereians are:

Amanda Hickey
Mary Ellen Dakin
Jon Mitchell
Marc Fellowes
Author Horatio Alger
The Tin Man from Wizard of Oz
Mayor Bob Haas
Mike Spinelli, who was on the Red Sox but was tested positive for performance-enhancing steroids
Susan Pedicini
Dan Disario
Baseball legend Tony Conigliaro

It seems non-notable to point out that the mayor of the town is from the town.

Amanda Hickey, Mary Ellen Dakin, Dan Disario, Susan Pedicini - non-notable Revere High School students, accg. to Google. Probably same is true for Jon Mitchell and Marc Fellowes.

Actually they are notable residents on a "local scale". Mary Ellen Dakin and Jon Mitchell are devoted english teachers. Marc fellowes is a history teacher, who runs the excellent speech and debate club which has in the past won some tournaments at the state level. Dan Dasario and Susan Pedicini are both notable Harvard University students who grduated with the class of 2004 and are noted for their acedemic achievement. Susan took part in the national science fair competition and subsequently did quite well finishing second? not sure. One of my friends knew Dan as he was also in the speech and debate club. Hope that helps shed some light on the subject Keith. You guys should really get some local wikipedians in the state to write these articles for you or take anonymous edits, especially from folks who know the territory, unless you are then I would say you have done a good job with page so far. Here is your reference http://www.revereps.mec.edu/Schools/RHS_SITE/faculty.html -RHS graduate 2005 10:39, Aug 31, 2005 (EST) Lets not forget that guy at the fire department that holds the record of eating a grape droped from the highest height. Dudtz 10/7/05 5:34 Pm EST Actually the former mayor Bob Haas was not actually born and raised in Revere, but the small town north of Revere, Saugus. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.206.242.3 (talk) 22:56, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
