The material on this page was compiled from a small number of documents on the official project web site. The site is no longer operational, however, and has been redirected to a "Sotheby's Canada" page with a single update from early 2006 (or perhaps late 2005). An example of the cached data is here [1], which includes most of the facts in the article. If the site comes back up I'll add them as refs, but frankly I don't think this is going to happen. [edit] mistakes

I found mistakes in the article - For example, Sotheby's is not a new name for the group of investors, it is an prestigious international realty company who has been assigned to selling property at the resort. Sotheby's Canada has existed for about one year from what I can tell. They are, as the web site states, formed as another offshoot of a company formed in 1976. The original site I found suggested they were formed by the investors/organizers listed on the web site you noted. Are you sure you are saying anything different than what it used to say?
