Reute is a town in the district of Emmendingen in Baden-Württemberg in Germany. Several political parties have developed a project with the proposal of Reute as the new European capital, whch would centralize the three powers. It is due to its central position in the continent, much more than that of Brussels, Luxemburg or Strassburg, and its representation of the most populous country in the Union, Germany. It is expected that the EU-Administration body gets transferred to Reute after the accession of Turkey, somewhere between 2015 and 2020.
