[edit] Title of this article
I propose changing the title of this article, from "Retrograss (album)" to "Retrograss". Per Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums#Naming, titles of album articles should only be disambiguated with "(album)" if there is something else with the same name. For example, "Animals (album)" is an article about the Pink Floyd album, not about four legged critters. Another common example would be an album with the same name as the group, such as "Hot Tuna (album)", or "Mother McCree's Uptown Jug Champions (album)". Otherwise, the guidelines state, the article title should just be the name of the album. In this case I believe that "retrograss" is not a commonly used term for "retro bluegrass", and therefore it's extremely unlikely that there would ever be an article about something called retrograss music. If I'm wrong about that, that would be an argument against renaming this article. As usual, all are encouraged to participate in this discussion. — Mudwater 00:55, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- I agree, the name change should happen. I should have named the article "Retrograss" in the first place. As far as I know, retrograss is not a common term for retro bluegrass, although one can only hope that it will be someday. Moorematthews 13:17, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

- Sounds good. Perhaps you would like to do the honors. As you may know, you can rename the article by doing the following:
- Go to the article itself (not this discussion page).
- Click on the "move" tab near the top.
- You will now be on a page that says "Move page". In the "To new title" box, carefully change "Retrograss (album)" to "Retrograss". In the "Reason" box, briefly explain why you are renaming the article. Make sure "Move associated talk page" and "Watch this page" are checked. Then click on the "Move page" button. That should do the trick. — Mudwater 02:44, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

- Looks good. Also, nice job on fixing the link from "Mike Seeger" (and, correctly, not changing any user pages). Thanks. — Mudwater 14:14, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
