Reticular cell
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A reticular cell produces reticular fibers and surrounds the fibers with its cytoplasm, which isolates the fiber from other components of the tissues or cells. Reticular cells are found in many tissues including the spleen, lymph nodes, and lymph nodules. Reticular fibers are also produced by fibroblasts.
