[edit] big NPOV problems
We have some *really* big problems with maintaing NPOV in this article. For example:
"In NoVA it is due to current General Assembly's denial of financial aid to Northern Virginia and general disregard for the needs of NoVA (especially transportation concerns). While this may be a hallmark of fiscal conservatism, NoVA's standing as the economic engine of the state and the greatest source of tax dollars leads many observers and residents of Northern Virginia alike to criticize RoVA politicians who currently control the General Assembly."
Would anyone else happen to have thoughts on this? --Takeel 00:42, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] I agree
This is an awful article. I'm not really sure it should even exist. The articles for Virginia and Northern Virginia (which is also surprisingly amateur) would probably be better places to address the issue.

[edit] I agree as well but
I have never heard of ROVA what I hear all the time is SOVA as in SOuthern VirginiA. If the article is kept, the name should be changed. Zidel333 01:05, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
Actually, "Southern Virginia" is also much more frequently used in Northern Virginia than the rest of the state. Again, this matter is probably best discussed in the Virginia and/or Northern Virginia articles.
