[edit] Overview: Original Research

"Resocialization into a total institution involves a complete change of personality"

This sentence counts as original research since it hasn't cited any sources and is debatable conjecture, so I removed it. I think much of this article comes under that category as it needs the support of complete references (i.e. including title, author, publisher, date) and perhaps more balance. Could someone, or the original author, please add these? Thanks -- Info 151 07:26, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
Additionally, the inline reference to Sproule needs the date of publication to be added, and the inline references to both Sproule and Reihm also need to be supported by full reference at the end of the text, as per the general rules of author-date referencing. -- Info 151 07:43, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
