These two RFC's are obviously about the same dispute. They should therefore be merged.

I made this dipute in response to problems wioth this user, the adding of links to raise her own webpage ranking using wikipedia, gathering in friends to edit articles and twist the PoV to an extremist PoV, and working against consensus.
