[edit] Coldmachine proposals

Coldmachine proposes to add to the desired outcomes "Removal of the whole list, and an apology to the users included on that list". In fact, Carlitos already removed the list and I recognize this is a progress[1][2]. Unfortunately, after that, he made an addition to Flanker's talk page that didn't help.[3] More than an apology I would ask for a commitment from Carlitos to stop making this kind of comments. [edit] "Birthday gift"

Carlitos asked "I would just like to ask why one of them is giving the other the list and what are the motivations behind such a gift". First of all, 24 July is not (necessarily) Flanker's birthday, just a joke on he saying in his user page that his "real name" is José Antonio de la Santísima Trinidad Palacios y Blanco. The motivation of the gift is that it is a reference by a reliable source needed for a couple of articles. JRSP 11:33, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Correct it is comical how somehow that translates into persecution, for the record the 24th is not my birthday.Flanker 15:58, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Closing this case?

I would like to thank Coldmachine and Arky for mediating in this dispute. Regarding Arky's view, I'd like to clarify there were not only two attacks, these two were the most recent ones but I'm not in the mood of digging in the past except to point out Carlitos that a polite approach and basing a discussion in good arguments and not in ad hominem attacks are the best way to get people to support your positions. [4][5]. Said that, I consider this case closed, hoping that in the future Carlitos will be cool. JRSP 16:54, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

I don't consider it closed, since I haven't had time yet to respond; it hasn't been up long enough for significant response. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 17:12, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
