First, I should point out I did not ask User:Naradasupreme to stop blanking; I just pointed out that this could be problematic [1], especially without an explanation.

I'm still not sure what the problem is here. Most likely Naradasupreme is the same as the IP user whose page s/he keeps blanking. There is still no consensus on removing warnings from talk pages, and therefore there is no "policy" against it. The possible socks also don't seem disruptive except in this very narrow area of removing warnings. In the absence of active, ongoing vandalism, I can't fault a user for removing warnings.
