I do not believe that a user should be allowed to create a list of users he or she believes are violating one or more wikipedia policies, a litany of people that disagree with them, or a list of people they believe has libelled them on their User page or anywhere else on Wikipedia's space. The normal dispute resolution process has been created for this, and it is ironic that on the one instance where I am directly involved with a dispute with NPOVenforcer the process appears to be working -- on Talk:Polyamory, where we have been attempted to engage in a polite discussion and seem to be approaching consensus at this time. Even apart from the user's other behavior, this sort of list is inherently unCivil. Kit 23:14, 8 November 2005 (UTC)

The user in question continues to add to their enemies list ("list of bad users" is apparently their preferred term); not only does it now mention this RfC it accuses User:Dominick of trying to put him in prison. I don't know what the procedure is -- should we continue to add this as further evidence or do we have enough already? this is the revision I am referring too. Kit 05:21, 9 November 2005 (UTC)
