Note: Mooseguy (talk · contribs) has since been blocked for 2 days for WP:3RR. Does this affect the RfC at all? Chovain 22:22, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

I wouldn't really know. My guess is that it would be an administrator's job to determine that. However, this is a good test for him; if he continues on adding nonsense after the block has been lifted, it's extra evidence to add to this AfD. NeoChaosX (talk, walk) 01:42, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
