[edit] Copyright infringements by Hurricane Devon
I'd like to comment Hurricane Devon apparently has had problems with copyrights even before he registered as Hurricane Devon. He has been notified about copyright infringements several times (I've personally told him about copyrights three times plus tagged many of his uploads with the {{copyvio}} tag), so he should have been well aware of what he has been doing. He has still continued to add copyrighted material. Recently he started to tag his images with public domain tags, even when they clearly aren't in public domain. I told him about that, but he did not react.--Jyril 11:24, 5 May 2006 (UTC)

I've agreed to unblock Hurricane Devon now, as he as agreed to an extended period of copyvio probation, and he's agreed to help clean up the mess he caused. I'm delisting this RFC because it's been inactive for a long time. See Talk:Hurricane Devon for the probation agreement, which lasts until January, 2007. Mangojuicetalk 16:03, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
