I marked that user as probably being SW1955; there are pretty clear giveaways in behaviour that suggest the identity. In any event, it it clear from this link[1] that whoever it is has specifically aged the sockpuppet to circumvent the semi-protection of the Brett Favre page. I would revert anything from this user on sight, since the editor has used 'merit of edit' in the past to try to get around the fact that they are still banned from Wikipedia.
