[edit] Enforcement

Although these two editors had stopped interacting in a problematic way outside this arbitration case itself, unfortunately these is enough evidence of continuing animosity between them in recent posts to the workshopthat the decision should probably contain an enforcement provision. There is a draft paragraph in the workshop. Newyorkbrad 14:56, 14 July 2007 (UTC)

With regard to the issue about the wording raised by Kirill, the active verb in the admonition is that the parties were "directed" not to take certain actions. A direction, unlike an admonition, is enforceable. Perhaps the word "admonition" in the enforcement provision should be changed to "direction" or "instructions." This is fixed now I think when JamesF split the it into 2 remedies. FloNight 14:01, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
