Wikipedia talk:Requests for arbitration/REX/Evidence

It seems that a certain group of users who are (un)involved in that arb. case with me show only respect to the "ignore all rules" principle. I need someone to help me parse the User:Matia.gr/Evidence I've gathered in the past and someone to search for more evidence. I don't think I can do it on my own. +MATIA ☎ 10:11, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

- +MATIA, that naming poll was a draw (fifty fifty). It was not a consensus. Consensi require at least 60% support. The name Macedonian Slavs which you are advocating is not in consensus like you seem to think (God knows why). However, a consensus reached to avoid naming conflicts here can and should be used in the dispute that you are referring to and that supports the use of the name Macedonians. The "ignore all rules" principle in this case is observed only by you as you are defying the consensus on naming conflicts. GrandfatherJoe (talk • contribs) 13:32, 20 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] request
I request ArbCom to protect me from that certain group of users. I am frustrated and cannot parse or find more evidence of what has happened in the past, but I'll bring evidence of what is happening the last days 22 October 2005. At the time being I'm the only Greek editor who's trying to help with Macedonia related articles and they "hit me under the belt". +MATIA ☎ 15:01, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
- I find your way of thinking most interesting. You make posts like this, but you see fit to make this complaint. You are no better than anyone here, I hope you know that +MATIA. GrandfatherJoe (talk • contribs) 16:06, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
- You reject the idea of mediation on the grounds that it is to early. The RFC was posted on 14:40, 11 September 2005. How would it be a premature mediation. I'm sorry, but it looks like you are trying to stall the discussions, if you were trying to "help" with the Macedonia related articles you would have accepted. GrandfatherJoe (talk • contribs) 16:24, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
If you and your group weren't prejudiced against me, you could easily find that I proposed Mediation for Macedonia related articles almost 3 months ago, and I worked with neutral admins towards mediation. How can I reject something that I proposed. And I doubt that anyone, apart from you and REX would find anything objectable to my diff you mention. +MATIA ☎ 16:40, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
- In that diff you are accusing Albanau of vandalism, while drawing a distinction between majority and minority views. All Albanau is doing is POV pushing, the same thing that you, REX, Bomac and even I are doing. If you want to know what vandalism is, read Wikipedia:Vandalism and stop making baseless calumnies against other users. In my diff above you are objecting to mediation despite the fact that the RFC was fruitless. It seems like a desire to stall the discussions and prolong the dispute to me. It may not be of course as things aren't always as they seem and you can't judge a book by its cover. It should also be noted that you are requesting "special treatment" as you are the only Greek editor. So what? I am the only Irish editor, User:VMORO is the only Bulgarian editor, User:Zocky is the only Slovenian editor, User:REX is the only Albanian editor etc. How come they don't get "protection"? As for your accusation of everyone being "prejudiced" against, I wouldn't worry; most people seem to be ignoring you on that talk page at the moment. How do I know that you are not prejudiced against me??? GrandfatherJoe (talk • contribs) 17:01, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
I kindly request that Talk:Macedonians_(ethnic_group)#Name_again this talk page (from that point till the buttom) be checked by ArbCom and I need a trusted by ArbCom admin who can translate from Greek to English to prove that I didn't do what they accuse me of doing. Thank you very much. +MATIA ☎ 14:49, 2 November 2005 (UTC)
