Who has access to the evidence page and who doesn't? I find I have to log in both to see it and to edit it. Shouldn't this be open?

The page is open and always has been. Some software cliche, apparently relating to caching created the impression you couldn't edit it. Fred Bauder 11:27, Apr 21, 2004 (UTC)
