[edit] Third Violation of Temp Injunction
JarlaxleArtemis (talk · contribs) has violated his temporary injunction for a third time. He was warned three times (once for every time he broke the injunction), and he obviously has no intention of honoring the injunction. Therefore, User:Raul654 advised me over IRC to extend his current block from 24 hours to 1 week.
Additionally, any and all edits that Jarlaxle has made during the injunction, save those to his own user page and user talk page, I have reverted (under permission of Raul654, not suggestion or advisement). This is permissible, seeing that the edits he made were during a ban and therefore illegal under Wikipedia rules. Linuxbeak | Talk | Desk 03:35, August 12, 2005 (UTC)
- After further violations of the same type, and personal attacks on Linuxbeak, I also blocked JarlaxleArtemis (talk · contribs) for one week. The block expires 02:27, September 14, 2005. -Willmcw 06:30, September 13, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Some clarification requested
If at all possible, can the following issues be clarified?
- How many arbitrators are needed to close this case
- How many arbitrators are recused
- How many arbitrators are inactive
- How many arbitrators are needed for a majority
- Why the temporary injunction, although clearly in place at the moment, is not indicated so on the front page or on the preliminary decision page
Thanks, Linuxbeak | Talk | Desk 18:50, 17 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] JarlaxleArtemis banned indefintely
To the Arbitratiors as well as the accused:
On Sunday, September 18th, at roughly 03:10 GMT, I uncovered some extremely damning evidence against JarlaxleArtemis (talk · contribs). It turns out that Jarlaxle has been the person behind accounts that dot the front page of Special:Listusers.
Developer Tim Starling (talk · contribs) was kind enough ot cross reference a log file showing Jarlaxle's activities. You may find it at User:Linuxbeak/Admin stuff/JarlaxleArtemis.
As of right now, JarlaxleArtemis is now no longer allowed on Wikipedia. Thus, I move to close this Arbitration case due to special circumstances.
