[edit] Question

How can a proposed decision be put forth when only one arbitrator has yet looked at this case? The same goes for moving this case from "Evidence" to "Voting". Intangible 14:54, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Motions and requests by the parties

Somehow there are not yet comments by arbitrators on the "Motions and requests by the parties". To jump to a proposed decision seems highly premature here. I waited for presenting evidence, because no comments were made yet by arbitrators. Now it seems to be too late... Intangible 19:03, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

It is not too late to present evidence. Sam Korn (smoddy) 19:24, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Remedy 3

Am I missing something? As stated, the required majority is five since there is one abstention. The voting is 5-1 only, majority of four. Passed? Charles Matthews 08:03, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
