I think the proposal to ban FourthAve is a little premature. The other remedies include a personal attack parole, probation and general probation, so if FourthAve should continue to pose a serious problem he can be banned for one year under the general probation or blocked for up to one year under the enforcement clause on his various remedies.

He seems to have gotten the wrong end of the stick, but I see no malice there. I think it would be better to go with the other remedies and let the community deal with him. --Tony Sidaway 01:42, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

Yes his behaviour did need to be dealt with but a year long ban, in my opinion, is overkill. Reyk _YO! 10:22, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
