Can you list which jurisdictions in which it is illegal to call yourself a Fascist? Often governments will make some forms of speech illegal for reasons that have nothing to do with offensiveness. --Random832 17:56, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

    • Are you sure that's not just Nazi? And, even if it is, that may be due to historical reasons (WWII) rather than any inherent offensiveness - or even the word has more specific meaning in german than in english. --Random832 05:38, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

"can't you just ask for a source instead of deleting it" reflects the "tag, don't delete" philosophy for dealing with unsourced statements, which even if not a unanimous consensus, is widely-held enough that an explicit exception to it is needed for BLP, and the phrasing itself does not seem overly combative. --Random832 17:56, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
