I really frown at those who change other peoples comments.

Ditto Matlock Town F.C. and Farsley Celtic F.C.. But you will note that non-copyvio articles such as Brook House F.C. have been accepted and promptly improved. -- RHaworth 11:26, 9 January 2006 (UTC)"

I can understand some things should be in the encyclopedia, I just rather not appear like I'm cheating or stealing from someone elses work without giving the proper credentials.

"I realise that you have a burning desire to contribute to Wikipedia but, simply copying and pasting EB 1911 stuff is not really very useful - since it is already available on the web - what Wikipedia needs is original content. So, please slow down - take time to remove the OCR errors (see below) fully wikify articles, put them in categories, create incoming links and above all, search the web for up to date info. to add.

There is also a small matter of copyright. To take just one example, the OCR errors in Preanger tell me that you copied this page from here. Have you read the bottom of those pages? It says taking Contents from this site and editing it and posting it on another site is forbidden and will result in swift legal action. You have been warned! -- RHaworth 23:56, 1 February 2006 (UTC)

I have to agree with RHaworth -- the content you posted about German villages (some of which are in Poland or France these days, and I moved them to the villages' new names) is so hopelessly outdated that it is almost useless (and the OCR errors don't help). If you want Wikipedia to include articles about these villages, it would be better to ask at Wikipedia:German-English translation requests to have the current German wikipedia article translated. Your EB articles don't need to be updated, they need to be rewritten from scratch, and having a redlink for them would be more useful for that purpose. Kusma (??) 03:50, 2 February 2006 (UTC) "

There seems to a tad too much rushing. Posts are good, except please try to complete each work so others can understand them.

Incomplete messages.

"WHAT?

I have tagged one of your articles for speedy deletion. Please feel free to defend your article. Erm...which one? --Porphyric Hemophiliac ยง 21:32, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

Warning about what? People are left confused about your templates. A template is nice, but a little more information as in what article is the problem would be nice, as well as more information as to how to better improve ones mistakes.

I see zero Village pump or other Wikipedian community posts. I see alot of wikification, welcome pages, articles for deletion lots of F.C. and new articles. However in terms of recent change or vandal hunting, it's relatively unclear what's going on.

Then there was this block..

  1. 10:25, 13 January 2006 (hist) (diff) User talk:Siva1979 (?Blocked)

However again it's not clear what's going on.

What I really don't see is enough tutoring, proofreading/vandal/RC patrol experiences that would make me believe there needs to be a mop. Things look good enough as it is.

I am not an Admin at the time of this page creation.

Well, the copyright violations were way back in January 2006, during my first few days in dealing with this project. That should not be a concern anymore. As for editing other users' comments, even in good faith, I have stopped it for a number of weeks. The block in question is an autoblock. I have been blocked accidently because of the actions of some users who shared the same IP address as mine. --Siva1979Talk to me 18:47, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
