[edit] Would Djr wheel war over userboxes?

Djr's response to question 9 would seem to nullify any potential concerns as to whether Djr's views would cause him to engage in deletion wheel warring over userboxes (unless we believe him to be a liar). I find the sudden opposition to him being given the mop on the grounds of his opinions bemusing. --Malthusian (talk) 22:10, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

No, not a liar, I assume good faith. And if the concerns he responds to were my concern, then I would be satisfied. Neither do his opinions concern me. But I, like many of the opposers, are troubled by his record of civility. Please don't attribute general motives to a group of people. --Doc ask? 22:17, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
Indeed, as far as I can see no-one raises wheel waring as their reason to oppose, I'm not sure what your point is? --Doc ask? 22:19, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
I never implied I was referring to every single oppose voter. And no-one mentioned wheel warring by name, I simply assumed that those voting on the basis of his opinions on userboxes were voting on that basis - it seemed the most obvious and frankly I couldn't think of another reason why it would affect Djr's use of the mop. --Malthusian (talk) 22:32, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
I asked the question just to clear things up... pretty much the worst way someone could potentially misuse admin powers would be to start wheel warring left right and centre. I'm now satisfied DJR wouldn't be doing that. Proto||type 09:29, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
