[edit] Neutral

I would oppose, but I'd rather leave this evidence here for other editors to look over, and judge for themselves. All of these excerpts were taken from his Talk Page or related, and are genuine, but do not provide the diffs. I can look through the archives again to find them if you want solid proof. I strongly suggest each editor review the following before voting. Note date and circumstances of each conversation.

KZ, Those were clearly Taiwanese Politicians and not Chinese Politicians. Big difference. Republic of China is also a name for Taiwan. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.202.97.211 (talk) 07:28, 21 March 2007 (UTC). Sorry, I confused it with the People's Republic of China. Another example of how bad my politics is...

(on User:Sp3000's talk) and im catchin up to you in edit count if you havent noticed.... --KZ 08:19, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

(on User:Sp3000's talk) Nicholas White This article is clearly a speedy delete, but the author is contesting it strongly. Need help in having this article deleted, maybe ask a admin for help? --KZ 03:31, 3 February 2007 (UTC) Keep a eye on User:Necroidmancer. He has a very funny attraction towards sd:attack. Don't piss him off or he'll go after u..!! --KZ 22:46, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure what you mean [2] here], is it that AN/I isn't the appropriate place to post such a notice? I thought it required attention from an Admin (and was glad that it did)... Pete.Hurd 23:56, 24 March 2007 (UTC) Sorry. The way you posted and stretched the words out made me think you were spamming or vandalising. You're right as it is the place to place it, although you could have tagged the article with CSD. Sorry again for the reverting of your edit. --KZ Talk • Vandal • Contrib 00:01, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

As the instructions at the top of WP:RFCN say, before listing a username for comments, please make your concern known to the user, and give him or her a chance to respond first. That may resolve the issue without anyone else getting involved. Only if that direct approach fails to settle matters, one way or the other, go to WP:RFCN and at the same time notify the user that you are doing so, giving him or her a chance to respond there as well. Otherwise it comes off as going behind the user's back, an impression I'm sure you don't want to give. The RFCN instructions list some helpful templates for these user contacts, if you're not entirely sure how to say things diplomatically. You don't have to use them, but if they even suggest ways you could phrase your own message, they've served their purpose. -- Ben TALK/HIST 15:09, 27 March 2007 (UTC) Oops.. Seem to have forgotten to do that. I actually feel asleep at my desk... Sorry about the misunderstanding of the instructions. --KZ

Please do not accuse editors of plagiarisation without good reason. See Talk:Trevor Bigham. -- Necrothesp 00:23, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

Aladdin (List of movies sorted by uses of word fuck) You reverted my edit on what was pretty obviously vandalized before I fixed it. Even if for some reason you thought that the movie with the most fucks in it was Aladdin, you might note that every other link in the same row points to the movie in question. Mystified! 24.69.167.145 03:56, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Sorry about that. I was in a rush, and seemed to have removed the comment. Accidentally wrote keep in the edit summary which made me panic. --K.Z Talk • Vandal • Contrib 06:25, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

His signature is modified in some places so as not to break template code. Statements that I think are pivotal are bolded.ALTON .ıl 20:34, 13 April 2007 (UTC)

Okay, I'll try and reply to all of these, if possible.

1.The first one was an obvious mistake by me, which I apologized for. Despite living there for several years, I was unaware that China was called the People's Republic of China, as opposed to the Republic of China.

2. Until the middle of February, I was mainly concerned about edit count and didn't know a whole deal about Wiki-Process. I considered Wikipedia a bit of a game back then, but after a while, started regarding it as a serious project.

3. I was clearly angry, and said some very strong words that time. After Sp3000 reminded me to keep cool, I basically thought about what I did. As I said before, I wasn't very experienced at that time, but it is no excuse for my behavior.

4. It definitely looked like a advertisement for an company... He said this. [1]

5. From that point forward, I reminded myself to read the instructions first...

6. Actually I think I found the same article on a mirror of Wikipedia, which shows it was an exact replica of the article. That was before I knew it was an mirror, obviously...

7. Oh that incident was very weird... Somehow, since Lupin's tool gives you the change + one line of text, I saw The Lion King straight after that... It was obviously two vandalism edits, but I wasn't sure if it was vandalism... I've heard there are adult remakes of those cartoon movies...

8. I basically clicked the edit button, accidentally put keep in the edit summary, went back and changed it, then clicked edit again. It accidentally wiped out an edit in the process though... --KZTalkContribs 22:05, 13 April 2007 (UTC)

I'd like to also point out the RFCU case - I stated that Kz has a competitive nature and especially against me. That was the reason why he started Wikipedia. However, I think he started to learn over time that editing Wikipedia might be a good thing after all. --The preceding comment was signed by User:Sp3000 (talkcontribs) 22:09, 13 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] =Moved from nomination page

Moved from my vote on the nomination page. KazakhPol 22:27, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

  1. Me and other editors have given you suitable warnings on not making those remarks on the talk page. Since you intended to pursue this issue, I gave you a warning based on your disruptive and hurtful comments in that article talk. As for the other matters, I've apologized for the comments, so you can hardly judge me for an apologetic remark. --KZTalkContribs 07:04, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
You mean "other editors and I" and apologizing for being disruptive hardly rectifies your actions. KazakhPol 07:09, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
I never said that it rectifies my actions, but just want to point out that my apology shouldn't be used as evidence of my "disruptive" behavior. --KZTalkContribs 07:13, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
KazahkPol, your pedantry is a sure sign that you've realized you have no valid points and your argument holds no merit. John Reaves (talk) 07:24, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
The diffs speak for themselves. I suggest he retracts his nomination. KazakhPol 07:38, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
This oppose borders on WP:POINT. KazahkPol, your warnings were completely valid. If you're going to oppose, oppose for a real reason, not because you are upset you were caught violating policy. SWATJester On Belay! 00:46, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
  • Swatjester, you were not involved in the dispute and are hardly in a position to be declaring votes "WP:POINT" given the uncivility of your support vote. KazakhPol 22:27, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
