[edit] Hmm...?

It seems that this candidate got 20 oppose votes in the last two days of his RFA, when he was almost bound to win! Does anyone find anything suspicious in this? (Before the oppose votes, it was something like 48/2.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fredil Yupigo (talkcontribs)

Hi there Fredil, I doubt that many people will still have this in their watchlists. Anyway, most RfAs see a flurry of activity in the last few days. Many people watch RFAs to see how other people !vote, and especially their reasoning, and their stature. They will then make their decision based on those previous !votes. It is also affected by the time it takes to look through editors contributions. It is not unusual in that sense. Woodym555 19:56, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
Ah okay, I haven't been around for a while. Thanks ^_^ Fredil 15:42, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
