Response: Blocked for one week for continuing to make nonsense edits.--Shanel 22:34, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

  • 203.14.53.15 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) First "user contribution" in june 2005. All edits I have checked is vandalism (some very subtle). He/she has been repetedly warned on the userpage. IP seems to belong to a student home in Australia, so typically fixed IP belonging to one person. I have checked many close by IPs in the same range, not much going on at the other IPs. So no need to block range, only this single IP. --David Göthberg 11:48, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
New info: Lately he has also been loging in as Redkane (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log). His real name seems to be Robert Stasiak (not William Stinoski as he stated on one page) and now he even added an article about himself: Robert Stasiak. --David Göthberg 09:56, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
  • 209.242.141.25 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) Nothing but noise, and is vandalizing on a daily basis after being warned NUMEROUS times. Needs a perm ban. See his talk page and contribs. Killdevil 05:32, 25 February 2006 (UTC)

Ardenn 19:13, 3 February 2006 (UTC)

  • Ardenn (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- Repeated (and mostly random, inconsistent) deletion of pertinent links under misleading edit summaries. Examples: [8] , [9] , [10] . Typical edit summary is "Wikipedia is not a links repository", which is not an justification for randomly striking links from "External links" sections. Lately characterizes any changes from her preferred lists as vandalism and reverts as such. Monicasdude 19:01, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Roitr (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- Constant insertion of nonsense and unsourced material at Comparative military ranks of World War II. Has used confirmed sockpuppets of User:Tt1 and User:Alexr23 in addition to numerous anon IP addresses. The user has been blocked at least five times in the past week for three revert violation and approached by no less than 5 long time Wikipedia users to resolve the dispute, but will ignore such requests and call users "wrong", reinserting disputed info [11] [12] [13]. The user typically will add nonsense info to the article, then revert over and over again again changes made by other users. When blocked, will either create a new account or log on as an anon IP address to continue edit warring as normal. Has gone from the level of content dispute to vandalism at this stage. -Husnock 05:52, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Midgley (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) is blanking entire section in Thimerosal, moving it to a POV fork. Possibly also a sockpuppet for Geni. --Leifern 02:50, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
    • I don't see how moving is "blanking" - and accusing him of being a sockpuppet for Geni is odd, given that Geni has obvious linguistic difficulties, which Midgley has not demonstrated. And he left a link to the material anyway! Surely you could have at least gone for some dispute resolution, right? Michael Ralston 03:36, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
      • While Midgley may have been a bit bold in refactoring the article, this is a content dispute and not vandalism. Midgley also seems willing to discuss the matter. I would advise Leifern not to call other good-faith editors 'vandals' or throw about accusations of sockpuppetry without good reason. Generally, admins who read this page do actually investigate claims before blocking wildly. TenOfAllTrades(talk) 03:45, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Bolbi (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- Repeated Userpage vandalism. // Mais oui! 23:34, 1 February 2006 (UTC)
    • Response: Already indefinitely blocked. // Pathoschild (admin / talk) 08:40, 5 February 2006 (UTC)
  • BlueTruth (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) - Constantly vandalizing Damadola airstrike by reverting to outdated version, inserting POV edits, deleting referenced information, refuses to engage in discussion of edits on talk page, and engaging in edit wars. Suspected sockpuppet/meatpuppet of banned User:Mistress Selina Kyle--68.219.203.209 22:39, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
    • *sigh* Please see above. For the record I'm not that user (or any other user) and visiting the page in question will quickly reveal who the real vandal is. I'll leave it at that. --BlueTruth 00:08, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
      • Response: No action taken, user does not seem to have vandalised the page. // Pathoschild (admin / talk) 08:40, 5 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Soyuz123 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) Only a very brief and sporadic edit history, but all edits have been vandalism. Justin Eiler 18:04, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
    • Response: Indefinitely blocked because it has only been used for vandalism. // Pathoschild (admin / talk) 09:50, 5 February 2006 (UTC)
  • User:sigheil Contributions consist of adding prominent, repetative notices to point out that Jack Abramoff is Jewish, offensive username, user also posts similar 'observations' from IP:69.239.58.32. Main issue is the offensive username rather than the comments but could not find the relevant page.
  • Muyangguniang (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- User is creating multple pages about a "fictional city" he/she created along with uploading images of that city. Do Not Talk About Feitclub (contributions) 12:43, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
    • Response: Blocked indefinitely as account used only for vandalism. // Pathoschild (admin / talk) 08:13, 5 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Frankmash (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) Specifically [21], User:Frankmash has been issuing legal threats against Wikipedia, violation of WP:NLT and grounds for instant ban. // SWATJester Ready Aim Fire! 19:14, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
    • Response User was blocked for 24 hours by another admin, nothing done.--Shanel 22:09, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Skull_'n'_Femurs (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- He doesn't need a block, but a stern warning. Just about every single edit he has ever made on wikipedia he has labled as a minor edit, it doesn't matter if he changed puncuation, or added 5 paragraphs to a section. He also has a habit of not adding comments when he makes major changes. I posted on his talk page asking him to please stop marking everything as minor, but he completly ignored it. Also from looking at his history, it's not that his computer is automatically marking everything as minor since some times (a very few times) he did forget to check the box. I think all he really needs here is a warning. // Seraphim 02:42, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
    • He probably has "mark edits as minor by default" enabled in his preferences, and those major edits are the few times when he remembered to uncheck the box. —Ilmari Karonen (talk) 18:55, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
      • After being warned about it yet continuing to mark major edits as minor he lost the ability to claim ignorance. Seraphim 20:11, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
        • Response This is beyond the scope of Vandalism in Progress. File and RfC OR request mediation if it becomes a big problem.--Shanel 22:13, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
  • BigBear (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) - Repeated changes of "fetus or embryo" to "human being" on Abortion under false edit summaries (i.e., "exterminate POV" or "rvv") or inflammatory ones ("removed atheist agenda"). Worse still user is reverting to an older vandalized version of the page, deleting newer content, or readding content that has been changed or deleted. A sock puppet of User:Jason Gastrich according to the warning on his user page. // Kyd 03:17, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
    • Response: User already indef blocked by another admin.--Shanel 14:35, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
  • User:Señor_Peligro (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) - This user should be blocked and is likely a sockpuppet of Johnny the Vandal, like his new account Señor Juanni el Vandal is him. 69.12.166.47 22:40, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Nestore (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) -- A user with an almost epic dedication to having his way about everything. Frequently vandailzes the Yugo article and has uploaded many pictures, many of which may now be deleted because his idea of license information is typing out a personal guarantee. Has been banned and blocked before, and erases comments he does not like from his talk page. He refuses to listen to people who disagree with him and is just irritating at this point. I'd like a permanent ban; the temporary ones just seem to slow him down. // -Litefantastic 20:29, 5 February 2006 (UTC)
    • User warned, awaiting developments. // Pathoschild (admin / talk) 03:33, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
      • User removed a {{cleanup-date}} tag from an article where they have met opposition in their changes, replacing it with {{protected}}. The change was reverted and the user cautioned. // Pathoschild (admin / talk) 21:55, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
        • He completely blanked his talk page, I reverted it though. --Karrmann
          • I've blocked him indefinitely for repeated copyvios after repeated warnings (I found that some of his uploaded images have been deleted and re-uploaded up to four times previously). He's since used sockpuppets (User:NestorYugo and User:Yugo65efi) to continue his campaign. These have been blocked indefinitely as well. -- ChrisO 02:00, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Orphan1 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) Is making drone nonsense edits to the Yugo article, mostly removing information as the Yugo being known as a cheap, crappy car and adding nonsense, is also vandalizing the article as an anon user. I don't know what else he is contributing to the rest of Wikipedia, all I know is I'm in need of a Minivan sized Tylenol and a whole lot of Savage Garden to calm me down from the craziness running through me from trying to keep the Yugo article clean. --Karrmann
    • Damn it, now he is throwing personal attacks around on the Yugo's talk page, and is insulting me by my age, saying that I want to hide the truth by all the happy Yugo owners. This guy is nothing but a big headache, block his ass now. I'm going to take my Minivan sized tylenol now. --Karrmann
