From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In order to remain listed at Wikipedia:Requests for comment, at least two people need to show that they tried to resolve a dispute with this user and have failed. This must involve the same dispute with a single user, not different disputes or multiple users. The persons complaining must provide evidence of their efforts, and each of them must certify it by signing this page with ~~~~. If this does not happen within 48 hours of the creation of this dispute page (which was: {insert UTC timestamp with ~~~~~}), the page will be deleted. The current date and time is: 25 Mar 2006 00:40 UTC.

[edit] Statement of the dispute
This is a summary written by users who dispute this user's conduct. Users signing other sections ("Response" or "Outside views") should not edit the "Statement of the dispute" section.
- I feel the users in question have repetively stayed hostile/incivil towards all parties not suited to their POV. Users have been warned to stay civil by a number of users but I observed no improvement in their behaviour. On ocasions users rained threats (axamples are given below).
- It could also be said on some occasions users were writing highly biased articles if not pov pushing. In my view users lack the basic understanding of neutrality. On many occasions, users work together in making similar biased edits which could be viewed as systematic bias.

(Provide diffs. Links to entire articles aren't helpful unless the editor created the entire article. Edit histories also aren't helpful as they change as new edits are performed.)

[edit] Civility

- The only "real" response I got to my inqueries regarding the mass taging of articles was "Bozmongols do not have in Wikipedi to searches!!!! I mean you". I am not sure what that supposed to mean, I do not think it was intended to enligten me.
-
- My attempts to comunicate with him ultimately resulted with: "ach siktir Lan". As my language skills in Turkish are less than perfect, I asked the meaning of "ach siktir Lan". I am told "siktir Lan" translates to "Fuck off" in Turkish although people are puzzled on the meaning of "ach".
-
- Explained that he knew no turkish but understood Arab[ic] and Kurdish. And that he leard Siktir Lan (fuck off) from my turkish friends. I can assure anyone reading, he does not know any of my firends.
- Another interesting point is where he posted the comment. The instructions clearly indicate that comments not related to endorsement are to be posted in the page. He either didnt see it, but more likely didnt understand it.
-
- Posted same comment again after LukasPietsch removed it for being inaproporate
[edit] Categories
- Kurdistan is a contraversial definition of a region of which the boundries are determined by whoever is drawing them.
-
- Just one example of mass tagging of random provinces in Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Iran
-
- Mykonos is a restouran in Berlin, Germany.
- My attempts to comunicate with him falied as he does not know english.
[edit] Involvement with my Rfa
- Voted oppose (which alone is fine as everyone entitled to their opinion) with "I please you Pleas, Cool Cat is an Turkish Nationalis is not got Administrator" [1]
- Posted a simmilar "comment" on following pages:
- English post: Wikipedia talk:Esperanza [2], User talk:Aranda56 [3], User talk:Dynamo ace [4]
- German post: User talk:Banes [5], User talk:Dmn [6]
- In my view this kind of behavior on RfAs is trolling. Again in my view such behaviour should not be tollerated.

- Muhamed does not know english so communicating with him as expected turned out to be a disaster.
