[edit] Statement of the dispute

Bull-Doser used to come here as Take Me Higher, and became notorious for taking poor quality pictures. Now he is using the account called "Bull-Doser", and we are all out of patience with him. User:IFCAR and me both take pictures of cars we see parked in parking lots/parellel parked on the street, etc. We do it as since they redid the image regulations (Which I ended up getting blocked for a day for. Before I knew that they changed the guidelines, I uploaded a TON of fair images, and some stringent admin blocked me without warning) we can no longer use promo photos for automotive articles. So we are forced to take these parking lt pictures as they are out only way to have our articles illustrated. (Befoe us, users rarely contributed free use images of cars) They are not the greatist images in the world, but they at least illustrate the details of the car for the articles. Well, BD for some reason really beefed with IFCAR when he first joined, being whiney and leaving stuff on IFCAR's userspace saying stuff like "I have always been the IFCAR of Canada", and later leaving "FUCK YOU" on his userspace. He has now trying do all this "Image taking buddies" thing with IFCAR, which he is of course rejecting, as he is at his wits end with BD, just like most of WP Automobiles. Well, BD has now taken to this thing where he believes that me and IFCAR's images automatically trump any image, and he has taken the liberty of replacing very high quality free images with me and IFCAr's images, which were obviously of inferior quality. As IFCAR once told me "Only replace the image if you have an argument where the new image is better." which is something I follow. I only replace images where I see a trait in the new image that makes it better than the other image. Well, BD's only argument in replacing the images is that they are from IFCAR. He also changes the similar and predessor sections of car infoboxes to cars which none of us see as similar or could have been the predecessor, and often names sers by name, treating them like they are inferior to him. Many faithful editors of Mazda MX5 have become really pissed with him after a few edits he made to the article, calling for him to be blocked. So, I created this RfC as one last chance to get through to him. As you can see on His talk page, we have told him to stop doing all this many times. But we can tell him to stop, and he will continue to do it without even giving care to read our messages. We have been through this before, and he didn't leave us a response, and we don't even think he read it. BAsically, if this doesn't get through to him, then maybe we will need to take action, such as a block or probation, as he is completely unresponsive, and juse drones on doing whatever he likes, even when we tell him not to. He puts blinders on to every WP Automobiles guideline and current happening, like on Mercury Sable, we had a fair image up, and we gave the admins the understanding that it was only up until the end of the week when we could get a free picture available. BD then came in and put a bad quality free image in its place, and further escalated it when he put in his edit summary "FAir images? Yuck! Adding IFCAR pic" I have to go to school, I will provide cources and expand this summary later. Karrmann 11:11, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Desired outcome

This is a summary written by users who have initiated the request for comment. It should spell out exactly what the changes they'd like to see in the user, or what questions of behavior should be the focus.

What I want to happen in the end is for BD to understand that this isn't as big game, and for him to lisen to us. When we mean stop, we mean STOP, but he drones on doing it again and again no matter how many times we tell him to stop. Hopefully, he will finally start listening to us and following image and edit guidelines better, or we will be able to get admin help to step in and show him that this isn't a game. Pretty much, as long as it will make him stop doing what I described him as doing in the summary, I will be happy.
