Wikipedia:Requests for comment/77.128.196.58
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In order to remain listed at Wikipedia:Requests for comment/User conduct, at least two people need to show that they tried to resolve a dispute with this user and have failed. This must involve the same dispute with a single user, not different disputes or multiple users. The persons complaining must provide evidence of their efforts, and each of them must certify it by signing this page with ~~~~. If this does not happen within 48 hours of the creation of this dispute page (which was: 08:21, 15 February 2008 (UTC)), the page will be deleted. The current date and time is: 22:05, 9 June 2008 (UTC).

[edit] Statement of the dispute
This range of IPs (77.128.*.* and 77.132.*.*) has been heavily involved with Results of the 2008 Democratic Party presidential primaries and Results of the 2008 Republican Party presidential primaries. Specifically, this user keeps changing the "Actual pledged delegates" row in the "Overview of results" table to a running tally of the past seven days' results. There have been many attempts to reach out to this user and have them contribute constructively to the discussion, but they have all failed and the editor continues to ignore discussion on the talk page. I believe part of the problem may stem from the editor not understanding the meaning of the word "actual" in this context (it has nothing to do with a time period).
[edit] Desired outcome
All editors involved follow the consensus achieved on the talk page of the articles in question.
