[edit] de:Rubi64

I am requesting a checkuser to confirm that I am, in fact, not Benutzer:Rubi64, as is claimed by single-purpose account user:Jorrit-H [1], and would appreciate appropriate measures against user:Jorrit-H. Guido den Broeder (talk) 22:27, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

Remark: as an uninvolved editor, and not as a Clerk; firstly, the english wikipedia does not, as a rule of thumb, grant requests from editors to have checks run on themselves. See Wikipedia:CheckUser#Notifying the account that is checked. Secondly, the technical structure of this check would require checkuser access on dewiki, which is not within the remit of the enwiki checkuser requests page. If such a check is required, it would be requested at m:Steward requests/Checkuser, the Foundation-wide checkuser requests page. Anthøny 23:14, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
Thanks, I have moved my request to m:Steward requests/Checkuser. Guido den Broeder (talk) 07:50, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
Deferred to Meta. Stifle (talk) 14:08, 16 April 2008 (UTC) (non-checkuser)

Repeated request, since Meta is sending me back.[2] Guido den Broeder (talk) 23:15, 21 April 2008 (UTC)

Relisted via merging from frontpage, since steward response at m:Steward requests/Checkuser#Rubi64 seems to defer the case back here to be accepted or declined. – Luna Santin (talk) 23:42, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
Note: I have explained the perspective of the de: CheckUsers on this kind of request in the discussion on meta (almost simultaneously with your repeated request here, I hadn't noticed it yet). While it would be technically possible for the en: and de: CheckUsers to do the checks on their respective wikis and then exchange the results, such crosswiki checks are usually done by stewards, and in any case we don't do such "proofs of innocence" on de: for various reasons. See also the Checkuser on yourself to "prove your innocence" part in the Unacceptable requests section of Wikipedia:Requests_for_checkuser. Regards, High on a tree (talk) (= HaeB), 02:24, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
I have created the account de:Benutzer:Guido den Broeder at de:Wikipedia, so crosswiki checking is not necessary anymore. Guido den Broeder (talk) 10:31, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

Declined It's not clear to me that we should get involved in a dispute on another wiki, and here we usually reject self-check requests. Thatcher 12:02, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

The dispute is not on the other Wiki, but here. Guido den Broeder (talk) 12:05, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
