User is very new and suspiciously in cahoots with Watchtower Sentinel (talk · contribs), another brand new editor (who is being investigated for sockpuppet abuse), about a COI case. Looks too coincidental. See: [1], [2]. I think checking against Watchtower Sentinel or the two IPs should be sufficient to establish RFCU, but I added the other ones just in case he's being sneaky. --Hamsacharya dan 09:46, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
