Vlad fedorov has been recently blocked for three days for incivility and disruption (ANI permlink). In the past, he has commonly used other editors names in edit summaries and talk pages (diff example). Recently (his block is in effect) an anon has edited Katyn massacre article and talk; (see two contribs of 68.126.3.32); the message left at talk of this article is very similar in style to his previous messages - he has also been engaged in a discussion on this page up to just a few days ago (Talk:Katyn_massacre#Falsification_of_sources_by_User:Piotrus). This raises a likely possibility that the IP editor may be Vlad. Also, I'd like RFCU to check if this offensive msg by 87.116.140.6 which was left on my talk 50 minutes after Vlad's message comes from his range. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus | talk  16:21, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

The first is Unrelated, the second is Inconclusive, an open proxy; I've blocked it now. Dmcdevit·t 09:17, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
