These accounts are from almost a month ago, but there is still a little bit of time left for a check. It would appear to me that Yo Sung Kwan (which has yet to be blocked) is related to the other two accounts listed here, given the similar editing patterns (defaming a known Wikipedia user on Reconcilee and/or their userpage and making little or no other edits). If so, this would mean that YSK is a sock of Czech vandal with a grudge (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log), which has a long history dating back to last June (see User:Mike Rosoft/Vandal with a grudge).
