[edit] The Mad Bomber

The Mad Bomber (talk · contribs) has had a history of adding racist epithets to articles, culminating in a one week block by User:Blnguyen on June 12, 2006 [1]. He has edited extensively on Vancouver, Canada related schools.

On July 14, 2006, The Mad Bomber put a trollish request for adminship that had a vote from Qu4rk (talk · contribs) as its only support vote, and the user's first edit in 3 weeks.

User:Qu4rk has a similar history of racial slurs and trolling [2], [3], [4], [5], and also purports to be from Canada in this edit summary: [6].

User:The Mad Bomber continues with racially inappropriate epithets on his own user page [7] and own RfA, and was blocked by User:Blnguyen again.

I'd like confirmation that User:Qu4rk is a puppet for indef block purposes -- Samir धर्म 08:23, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
