[edit] Tengri

User Tengri was blocked by Khoikhoi at the request of Azerbaijani, being accused as my sockpuppet. I would like to confirm that I am a different user, and use a different IP address most of the time. Tengri and I have used the same computer a week ago, and may have accessed and edited same pages as we have common interests. But this does not mean or prove that he is my sockpuppet. Please, stop this terror by Azerbaijani. He is terrorizing all pages related to Azerbaijan using his POV, removing valid references. His activity in recent weeks resulted in a dozen of pages getting blocked from editing. For exchange of opinions on this, please follow Azerbaijan discussion page and see the edits by other users, all of which are unhappy about the constant POV of user Azerbaijani. It's not just myself or Tengri. It's unfair that you block independent users just based on false reports of a single biased POVer on Wikipedia. And see below how many people he is accusing at a time. What's the problem here? can't he create a new user account with his own I.P and computer ? Also your edit summaries are similar, "you should not be removing references to Strabo and Movses Kalankatuatsi, further attempts will be reported to administrators" and "Do not modify other's votes. If it says "Delete", don't make it "Keep" or be reported to administrator" [1] [2] Nareklm 01:08, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

Note: Atabek claimed to Khoikhoi that the IPs matched because he used Tengri computer, while on the Azerbaijan article talk page he claimed that the reason why they matched was because Tengri used his computer. There is no doubt in my mind that not only is Tengri and Atabek the same members, but also some of the other members Azerbaijani suspect him to be(some of the names he requested on checkusers which was denied). Clerk note: (edit conflict) Request moved from /Pending to here [3] with correct format. This request was also made yesterday by another user but withdrawn. Michael Billington (talkcontribs) 01:12, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
Confirmed. All edits by Tengri are from two Roadrunner IPs in the same geographic region. User:Atabek is the sole other editor on those two IPs. It is correct that Atabek also has used other IPs. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 16:05, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
Can you show us the rest of the Usernames or Ips he uses? Nareklm 06:58, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
