This request results from persistent edits to United Kingdom. Somethingoranother was blocked for 48 hours for 3RR breach in making and restoring this edit numerous times: [1]. The WP:AN3 discussion is here. This edit along with others made by Somethingoranother was repeatedly restored by 88.109.79.127 [2] and subsequently by 88.110.12.67 [3], deleting other content in the process. Once this account was blocked, the same edits (restoring the content and making a collateral deletion) were made by 88.111.63.198 [4] until the page was semi-protected. Two apparently sleeper accounts created on Feb 9 then repeated the edits, userjapan [5] and usermale [6]. When the page protection ellapsed, the edits were again repeated, this time by 88.110.161.60 [7] and 88.111.50.59 [8] until the page was again protected.
I believe a checkuser is needed the confirm the relationship between these accounts and Somethingoranother and to discover whether any other sleeper accounts exist that could be used in the same manner in future. WjBscribe 07:25, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

- Could the above accounts also be checked? Edits by these users to United Kingdom although different follow a similar pattern to that of the sockpuppeteer above. 88.111.13.106 tries to adds London-advertising content to the article [9]. After reverts from other users, two attempts to restore it are made by a brand new account, Sally-is-the-best [10] before the page is semi-protected again. WjBscribe 11:40, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
