I suspect Sce03066 is a new sockpuppet of SndrAndrss, used to evade a community ban for dispruptive editing (per Wikipedia:Community sanction noticeboard/Archive5#Community ban on User:SndrAndrss). SndrAndrss does not seem to understand Wikipedia process or policy, and has failed to appeal the community ban, instead continuing to edit through anonymous IP addresses. Since many of SndrAndrss' target articles appear on my watchlist, I quickly blocked those sockpuppets as they appeared. On User talk:193.213.85.12, SndrAndrss confirmed this specific anon. IP was indeed a sockpuppet. With respect to Sce03066, my suspicion comes from:
- edits in the same article space (football, Olympics, flag templates)
- similar behaviour with respect to community discussion - no replies to talk page requests and complaints, no edit summaries
- first edit on May 2, during the period where I was blocking IP sockpuppets. This edit was also to create a new template, extremely unlikely for a "real" new user
Sce03066's contributions are also similar to those from SndrAndrss, in that they are mostly useful additions to the project (which made that community ban a bit difficult), but also demonstrate the same kind of "cluelessness" and lack of cooperative engagement with other editors, therefore causing the same kind of frustrating disruption. -- Andrwsc 19:09, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
Clerk note: Case moved from case/Sce03066 (Please remember to create a case about the puppet master, NOT the sockpuppet. GrooveDog 21:37, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

SndrAndrss was recently blocked for 2 weeks for disruption (as he has been before, see User talk:SndrAndrss for decisions and reasons). He then started editing with the user accounts now indefblocked. After that, he requested to be unblocked but the request was (of course) denied. Today these two IP adresses started editing with an edit pattern very similar to his (rally, football and the Olympics, no use of edit summaries), and it is suspected that he now edits as an anon to evade his block. – Elisson • T • C • 19:19, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Confirmed. No results for 15 & 16 (no contribs), but the IP range is right, and all the others are confirmed socks. Essjay (Talk) 20:30, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
