71.83.170.110, self-identifying as an abusive sockpuppet of Sean mc sean, has made severe personal attacks and threats on several users' talk pages [1] [2] [3]. Note that Sean mc sean has an extensive history of blocks for personal attacks, and one prior block for abusive sockpuppetry. Checkuser assistance is needed to determine whether 71.83.170.110 is a sockpuppet or impersonator of Sean mc sean, so that Sean mc sean's main account can be blocked, if appropriate.
