It is believed that Wikisaint RickK has returned in the form of wd3000. The evidence is provided by clicking "Show edits of new accounts only" in his history page. Gp75motorsports 23:02, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

If any editor who has left decided to come back with a new username, I'd say that pretty much establishes that they don't want to be recognized and should be left alone. Let sleeping dogs lie.--Isotope23 talk 13:51, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
This is most certainly not the purpose of checkuser. Furthermore, if an editor wishes to return under a different account, they are perfectly entitled to do so under the rules. It does not come under WP:SOCK - Alison ❤ 21:52, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Unnecessary/ Checkuser is not for fishing. Sorry, but I don't think that it is congruous with the Foundation's privacy policy, nor ethical, for me to do that.
