In the history of the Montenegro article this user constantly enforces his edits. After warned for braking 3RR, the anon returns and reverts. After peacefully invited to stop, he answered with "Nope :)". PaxEquilibrium (talk) 19:07, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

Well, I had the occasion to talk on IRC with the user right after my 3RR warning. I tried to explain him the 3RR rule, and he tried to explain me that the new Constitution of Montenegro has named their national language Montenegrin. I suggested that, since I'm not prepared on the matter, he should contact User:Husond (who, apart from being a sysop, appears also in the member list of WikiProject Montenegro). He then asked some general question about wikipedia and how to put a ubx, which I had not answered because I had problems with my irc client which was not responding. If a Check User thinks of doing a CU on this user, I kindly ask that he contact me on IRC or by Email so I can supply additional details.
