Current Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents has been filed and block evasion [1] seems to be going on. "User:Platanogenius [157], as well as his IP address User:70.177.181.129 has been warned on many occasions and placed on notice that he was blocked permanently. User:Platanogenius has already been blocked in the past and continues to express and use extreme POV and abusive statements. Other IP's have continued on where he has left off as well as the username" [2] . YoSoyGuapo 04:14, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

Additional information needed cases C and E need diffs to be provided to show the ongoing serious pattern of vandalism ou the 3RR violation. Platanogenius has been blocked as a vandalism account, that doesn't seem like a community-based block or ban (am I mistaken?) -- lucasbfr talk 07:52, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

Paneiro1122 Seems to be a fairly obvious evasion of the block on Paneiro. I have included this new user in the sockpuppet case, and so am listing him here as well.--Rosicrucian 18:03, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

EdwinCasadoBaez is an established user with an extensive non-vandal edit history. He's not been included in the sockpuppet case. Is there a particular reason he's been listed here?--Rosicrucian 18:55, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

Similiar personal attacks have come from him "EdwinCasadoBaez (talk · contribs · logs · block user · block log) Multiple references of personal attacks [155] "Do you think i give an F*** about the no Personal Attack policy" [156] "This Annonymous User is so stuped." [157] "Where the fuk did i said that...you stupid idiot..."(keep it short). As well as on user talk pages, [158] ,[159]. He has been warned numerous times [160], [161], [162] . As well as uses multiple IP's and usernames [163] . A block due to these multiple and flagrant violations is believed to be in order. Since then he's amended his behavior and worked harder on civility and establishing consensus. While I can appreciate trying to cut down on socks, I don't think it's likely that he's one of them. It only weakens the case if we assume that everyone with a certain viewpoint is a sock.--Rosicrucian 20:41, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
